My friend and I came in from out of town and got in to pdx super late - the staff was so accommodating to our super late night check-in, the price for the room was great, the accommodations are modest, cozy, and comfortable. Super walkable to some really cool cafes and shops. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you again to the staff for being so great.

While the reason for my stay at the Economy weren't to the best, the owner is an extremely nice guy and put up with me for an extended stay, which was also not planned. While I was there I noticed that he takes great care of his place, always doing something to better the establishment. I would recommend anyone to stay there if you're on that side of town. Pretty chill spot if you ask me.

From the outside I was worried we'd made a poor choice. But, the room was clean and spacious (except for a very tight bathroom). We had no neighbor noise, but there was some from the road. For the price it was an excellent bargain. And the bed was firm, not worn, and comfortable for the two of us. If your budget conscious, this is a good deal. Easy on and off the highway too.

It was an alright motel for the price. It was right across the street from a really cool Tiki bar which was a huge plus. And it was about a 10-15 min walk from another street that had a bunch of restaurants and bars in a nice area and that was really cool. A couple things about the room though that were not the greatest. When I started to run the water for the shower, it was a brown color. Wouldn't go away unless I turned it off and then back on again to cold water and then rotate to hot. This was super weird. The bathtub/shower is really cramped. You will likely hit your elbows on the wall while washing. The toilet was awkwardly close to the wall in front of it. If you are a tall or overweight person, it's highly unlikely you will not fit. If you bend forward you hit your head on the wall. It so cramped and strange. Also the outlet in the desk I had did not work. Edit: Just stayed here a second time and noticed something new. I planned on trimming my beard and brought a trimmer that needs to be plugged in, unfortunately there are no power outlets in the bathroom. Just thought I needed to mention in case someone is needing that. Otherwise, another pretty good stay.

This was a very nice place to stay! It was roomy and clean. It had a jetted bathtub in a spacious bathroom, and also a microwave and mini refrigerator. It was a nice quiet place to stay, even though it was steps from the MAX. Great location! A mile and a half from Moda Center. The only thing it was missing, was a coffee maker in the room, and a blow dryer would have been nice. But we got along fine without them. We just loved it and we'd come back again in a heartbeat. Very affordable.

I was satisfied with my stay. The basic comforts are important to me. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and look nice. My shower functioned well. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom, but because it was on the second floor, I just opened the window. It's next to a MAX line, and very close to the interstate, so it's really easy to get to.

Nothing short of 5 star for the price. Except its guest. Rooms are updated and clean and BIG ROOMs with fridge and microwave! (Too bad no coffee machine or ice machine but that's ok. McDonald's coffee are only $1 with their APP.) Service is friendly, efficient and helpful. We didn't encounter any issues with other guest per say during our visit but I can see why some reviewers are a bit concerned.

Great experience on a quick one night trip! The room was very clean, had a microwave and fridge, and a nice renovation. The manager was the best part though - allowed me to check in a bit early, and even turned on the heater in my room before I got there. Would stay again!

We stayed here 2 years in a row. Manager/owner is a great guy and the services they offer and the way they treat the guests is just how it should in industry. Happy customer, I will return. Rooms are clean, parking is a bit small, but never had problems finding a spot, prices are decent and location is good too.
